The Affordable Care Act affirmative case aligns with the 2026-2027 NFHS Novice Case Limits for Policy Debate, under “Expand/Revise the Affordable Care Act.”

This affirmative argues that the United States modify the Afforidable Care Act to achieve unifersal coverage (not through a single payer system, but through the existing multi-payer system).
