Bio: Carol Green is the director of Public Forum debate at the Harker School in San Jose, California where she also serves as the Communication Studies department chair. She coached the 2009 Public Forum TOC Champions and has had teams in quarter-finals or better at every major national high school Public Forum tournament including 7th place at NFL Nationals. Carol previously coached the policy and congressional debate as well as individual events components of the Harker program. Before teaching at Harker, Carol coached and taught at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. She debated in college at the University of Wyoming and San Joaquin Delta College.
